The latest member of the Elite Robots family of collaborative robots, the new CS series is a platform-level cobot based on a new software and hardware infrastructure and entirely redesigned user interface, ensuring increased safety, ease of operation and large possibilities of expansion, while simultaneously ensuring a quick return on investment.
8-contact connector with a standard interface and 4 configurable digital inputs/outputs supporting NPN, PNP and Push/Pull outputs ensuring broad compatibility with EoAT and greater flexibility. 12/24 V voltage, 3A (three pins), 2A (double pin), 1A (single pin). Multi-color LED ring indicating the work mode.
The CS series, designed according to ISO 10218-1 and 13849-1, PLd category 3 standards, integrates over 20 configurable safety functions, including position, speed, force and power. The cobot’s extended wrist was designed to prevent slamming/crushing, which improves safety even further.
Software interface based on the Java language, with easy and intuitive navigation. Powerful, flexible and versatile programming language based on Python. Users can interact with the cobot for remote monitoring, control and programming via a laptop, phone or tablet, or by means of the included programming panel.
Expanded communication capabilities (3 Ethernet ports, 1 RS485, 1 USB 2.0, 1 USB 3.0, 1 MiniDP) and more IO ports (8 CI, 8 CO; 24 DI, 24 DO; 2 AI, 2 AO; 4 quick digital inputs) enable development of the perfect cobotic solution for every need. I/O power feeder, 3A (internal) and 6A (external).
